Herringbone Signature

The Conklin Pen Company® was established in Toledo, Ohio USA in 1898. It is recognized as being one of the first companies to add the feature of true mobility to daily writing. From the Golden era of fountain pens until today, Conklin is regarded as one of the most significant and innovative American writing instruments manufacturers.

The new Herringbone Signature Collection combines vintage appeal with modern flair and elegance. The unique chase design is achieved by using a precise computerized engraving process to cut the intricate pattern into the solid metal barrel. The pen is then covered with a unique translucent colored lacquer and coated with several layers of epoxy resin for durability and striking color vibrance. The Herringbone Signature collection is available in four stunning colors with lustrous chrome accents: Blue, Red, Silver and Yellow. Each pen features Conklin’s original 1916 patented spring loaded rocker clip. The cap top is embellished with Conklin and Herringbone logos. The center ring is engraved with the Conklin “C” surrounded by four Conklin crescent shapes on each side.

The Herringbone Signature collection is available in fountain pen, rollerball and ballpoint pen. The ballpoint pen activates with a twist mechanism and accepts Parker® style refills. The capped rollerball accepts standard international rollerball refills. The fountain pen fills via cartridge or converter (both included) and is equipped with a premium JoWo stainless steel nib personalized with the Conklin name, the historic “Toledo, USA” mark, and a crescent-shaped breathing hole. The nib is available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Stub, or Omniflex points.

Each Conklin pen is sold in a luxury blue gift box.
